Add variety to your workout routine by joining a group exercise class. Group exercise makes working out fun and can be more effective and motivating than working out alone. Here are three benefits of adding group exercise classes to your workout routine.
Great results
Group exercise presents you with a variety of formats to keep you engaged and encouraged to reach your goals. You’re more likely to complete your fitness routine and push yourself to the next level with a group than on your own. Class instructors in each class motivate class participants, answer questions and teach the latest techniques for maximum fitness results.
Fun with friends
Fitness is more fun with friends. Group exercise provides camaraderie and accountability among participants, as well as between participants and the instructor. If you are new to working out and unsure of how to begin, the support of a group exercise class is the perfect atmosphere to learn workout techniques and feel confident as a beginner. Most importantly, working as a team will help you to STAY motivated.
Support from our nationally certified instructors
A nationally certified instructor will lead you and your group through a safe and effective workout. Whether you’re interested in strength training, cardio, tabata, yoga, spinning, Zumba, interval training, etc. the instructors are there to show you how to work your body and muscles properly, which creates a safe and productive environment.
Group exercise classes are included in your membership, which means you receive specialty training without the extra cost. Visit the front desk or the Center website for a schedule of classes we offer.
