You’ve set your goals for the new year, here are three tips to accomplish those goals this year:
Set a Small Goal each Month
Celebrate your progress by creating specific monthly benchmarks to maintain your motivation throughout the year. For example, if you want to lose 50 pounds, break your goal up into 4 pounds a month or 1 pound per week.
Take a Selfie
You can use photos to measure your progress for a visual of your weight loss or muscle gain. This can help inspire you along with the numbers on the scale.
Workout with a Friend
Whether it’s a friend, co-worker, family member or personal trainer, a workout partner can motivate you throughout the year to reach your goals.
