For this cardio workout, perform each exercise for 30 seconds, rest for 10 seconds between each exercise. After you complete all 6 exercises, actively recover for 45 seconds and take a water break. Complete 6 rounds.
Burpees
Squat jumps
High to low planks
Walking lunge twist
Slight squat with medicine ball slam
Mountain climbers
